Scheduling Change Clause Samples
A Scheduling Change clause defines the process and conditions under which the timeline or deadlines of a project or agreement can be modified. Typically, this clause outlines how parties must communicate proposed changes, any required approvals, and the documentation needed to formalize new schedules. Its core practical function is to provide a clear and agreed-upon method for adjusting timelines, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring that all parties remain aligned when unforeseen circumstances necessitate changes to the original schedule.
Scheduling Change. The Roads and Recreation Department’s schedule will be posted at least one month in advance with a minimum of five (5) working days notice of any scheduling change. Scheduling change with less than five (5) days notice will result in the original scheduled hours of work being guaranteed.

Scheduling Change. In the event it is necessary to change an individual employees work schedule it may be changed for one hour, provided a weeks notice is given in advance to the employee affected, stating the duration of the change. Overall schedule changes shall be discussed with the Union prior to implementation and as much advanced notice as possible shall be given to the unit employees.
