Loan Document This Amendment shall constitute a Loan Document under the terms of the Credit Agreement.

No modifica- tions or additions to or deletions from this Agreement shall be binding unless accepted in writing by an authorized representative of all parties, and the waiver of any breach or default will not constitute a waiver of any other right hereunder or any subsequent breach or default.
Amendment of Tendering Document 7.1 At any time prior to the deadline for submission of Xxxxxxx, the Procuring Entity may amend the tendering document by issuing addenda.
INTEGRATED DOCUMENT This AGREEMENT, including the Summary Pages, recitals and any Exhibits and appendices, are incorporated herein and embody the entire AGREEMENT between CITY and GRANTEE. No oral agreements or conversations with any officer, agent or employee of CITY shall affect or modify any of the terms or obligations contained in any documents comprising this AGREEMENT.
