Scaled Clause Samples

The 'Scaled' clause establishes that certain terms, obligations, or payments within an agreement will adjust proportionally based on predefined metrics or thresholds. For example, payment amounts, service levels, or penalties might increase or decrease in direct relation to the volume of goods delivered, the number of users, or other measurable factors. This clause ensures that the contract remains fair and responsive to changes in scale, preventing disproportionate burdens or benefits as circumstances fluctuate.
