Sanitize Sample Clauses

The "Sanitize" clause requires one party to clean, remove, or otherwise neutralize sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information from materials, documents, or data before sharing or disclosing them to others. In practice, this may involve redacting personal identifiers from reports, deleting confidential sections from emails, or using software tools to scrub metadata from files. The core function of this clause is to prevent the unintended disclosure of protected or sensitive information, thereby reducing the risk of data breaches and ensuring compliance with privacy or confidentiality obligations.
