Same Salary Schedule. Employees returning from leaves of absence of less than six (6) months shall continue the same salary schedule. When they have been on leave longer than six (6) months, the period of time shall be deducted from their seniority and shall also be deducted from their paid time off eligibility and continuous employment record.
