Common use of Same Day Funds Clause in Contracts

Same Day Funds. All payments by the Borrowers to the Lender hereunder and under any other Loan Document, whether for principal, interest, fees, expenses or other amounts, shall be made without set-off, recoupment, deduction or counterclaim in immediately available funds to such account as the Lender shall specify from time to time by not later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern time on the date when due.
