Sales Territories. The sales territories, sales districts, and sales regions for the Amylin Sales Force shall to the extent practicable be geographically aligned with Lilly's sales territories, sales districts and sales regions for Product in the Co-Promotion Territory at Product Launch. If Lilly changes its territories, sales districts or sales regions after Launch, Amylin shall in good faith consider the advantages of alignment with Lilly's Sales Force, but shall not be obligated to make any change.
