Sale of Goods or Services Rendered. Each Account and Chattel Paper constituting Collateral arose from the performance of services by the Debtor or from a bona fide sale or lease of Goods, which have been, or will be in the ordinary course of business, delivered or shipped to the Account Debtor and for which the Debtor has genuine invoices, shipping documents or receipts.

Sale of Goods or Services Rendered. Each Account account and Chattel Paper chattel paper constituting Collateral as of this date arose from the performance of services services, by the Debtor or from a bona fide sale or lease of Goodsgoods, which have been, or will be in the ordinary course of business, been delivered or shipped to the Account Debtor account debtor and for which the Debtor has genuine invoices, shipping documents or receipts.
