Common use of SALARY, PERFORMANCE AWARD, AND BONUS PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

SALARY, PERFORMANCE AWARD, AND BONUS PAYMENTS. In the event Employee's employment with the Company is terminated within three years following the occurrence of a Change of Control (other than as a consequence of his death or disability, or of his normal retirement under the Company's retirement plans and practices) either (x) by the Company for any reason other than for Cause or (z) by Employee with Good Reason as provided in Paragraph 6, then Employee shall be entitled to receive from the Company, the following:

SALARY, PERFORMANCE AWARD, AND BONUS PAYMENTS. In the event Employee's employment with the Company is terminated within three years one year following the occurrence of a Change of Control (other than as a consequence of his death or disability, or of his normal retirement under the Company's retirement plans and practices) either (xi) by the Company for any reason other than for Cause whatsoever or (zii) by Employee with Good Reason as provided in Paragraph 6, then Employee shall be entitled to receive from the Company, the following:

In the event Employee's employment with the Company is terminated within three two years following the occurrence of a Change of Control (other than as a consequence of his her death or disability, or of his her normal retirement under the Company's retirement plans and practices) either (x) by the Company for any reason other than for Cause or (z) by Employee with Good Reason as provided in Paragraph 6, then Employee shall be entitled to receive from the Company, the following:

In the event Employee's ’s employment with the Company is terminated within three years one year following the occurrence of a Change of Control (other than as a consequence of his death or disability, or of his normal retirement under the Company's ’s retirement plans and practices) either (xi) by the Company for any reason other than for Cause whatsoever or (zii) by Employee with Good Reason as provided in Paragraph 6, then Employee shall be entitled to receive from the Company, the following:

In the event Employee's employment with the Company is terminated within three years one (1) year following the occurrence of a Change of Control (other than as a consequence of his death or disability, or of his normal retirement under the Company's retirement plans and practices) either (xi) by the Company for any reason other than for Cause whatsoever or (zii) by Employee with Good Reason as provided in Paragraph 6, then Employee shall be entitled to receive the following from the Company, the following:

In the event Employee's employment with the Company is terminated within three two years following the occurrence of a Change of Control (other than as a consequence of his death or disability, or of his normal retirement under the Company's retirement plans and practices) either (x) by the Company for any reason other than for Cause or (z) by Employee with Good Reason as provided in Paragraph 6, then Employee shall be entitled to receive from the Company, the following:

SALARY, PERFORMANCE AWARD, AND BONUS PAYMENTS. In the event Employee's employment with the Company is terminated within three years one year following the occurrence of a Change of Control (other than as a consequence of his death or disability, or of his normal retirement under the Company's retirement plans and practices) either (x) by the Company for any reason other than for Cause in accordance with Paragraph 5, or (zy) by Employee with for Good Reason as provided in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 66 hereof, then Employee shall be entitled to receive from the Company, the following:

In the event the Employee's employment with the Company company is terminated within three years following the occurrence of a Change of Control (other than as a consequence of his death or disability, or of his normal retirement under the Companycompany's retirement plans and practices) either (xI) by the Company for any reason other than for Cause in accordance with paragraph 3.2(b), or (zii) by the Employee in accordance with Good Reason as provided in the provisions of Paragraph 63.2(d) hereof, then the Employee shall be entitled to receive from the Company, the following:

In the event Employee's employment with the Company is terminated within three years following the occurrence of a Change of Control (other than as a consequence of his this death or disability, or of his normal retirement under the Company's retirement plans and practices) either (xi) by the Company for any reason other than for Cause whatsoever or (zii) by Employee with Good Reason as provided in Paragraph 6, then Employee shall be entitled to receive from the Company, the following:
