Common use of Safety, Security and Cleaning Clause in Contracts

Safety, Security and Cleaning. The Contractor shall procure that at all times prior to the issue of a Certificate of Availability in respect of any Properties that the Works in question are maintained in a clean, orderly, safe and secure state provided that no act or omission on the part of the Authority shall result in the Contractor being in breach of the provisions of this Clause 17.5 (Safety, Security and Cleaning).
