Common use of Safety, Security and Cleaning Clause in Contracts

Safety, Security and Cleaning. The Contractor shall procure that at all times prior to the issue of a Certificate of Availability in respect of any Properties that the Works in question are maintained in a clean, orderly, safe and secure state provided that no act or omission on the part of the Authority shall result in the Contractor being in breach of the provisions of this Clause 17.5 (Safety, Security and Cleaning).

Safety, Security and Cleaning. ‌ The Contractor shall procure that at all times prior to the issue of a an Acceptance Certificate of Availability in respect of any Properties a New Project Facility that the Works Area in question are is maintained in a clean, an orderly, safe and secure state and without prejudice to such generality in accordance with the requirements of Xxxxxxx 0, Xxxxxxx X.0 of the Authority’s Requirements provided that no act or omission on the part of the Authority shall result in the Contractor being in breach of the provisions of this Clause 17.5 (Safety, Security and Cleaning)Clause.
