Security and Validation Procedures Sample Clauses

It typically outlines the technical and organizational measures that parties must implement, such as encryption standards, access controls, and regular audits, to protect sensitive information. By clearly defining these procedures, the clause helps prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, and fraud, ensuring that all parties adhere to agreed-upon security standards and maintain trust in the integrity of the contractual relationship.
