Safety Equipment Purchase Reimbursements. Upon presentation of a receipt, employees shall be reimbursed for the cost of safety shoes not to exceed One Hundred Twenty- five Dollars ($125.00) each year. Employer shall provide reimbursement of 1/z the cost of prescription safety glasses on an as needed basis. Employer further agrees to provide the full cost of all broken or job-related damage to safety glasses.

  • Safety Equipment Should the employment duties of an employee in the bargaining unit require use of any equipment or gear to insure the safety of the employee or others, the District agrees to furnish such equipment or gear.

  • Equipment Purchases If this Agreement includes the purchase of equipment, this section is applicable. The JBE may, at its option, repair any damaged or replace any lost or stolen items and deduct the cost thereof from Contractor’s invoice to the JBE, or require Contractor to repair or replace any damaged, lost, or stolen equipment to the satisfaction of the JBE at no expense to the JBE. If a theft occurs, Contractor must file a police report immediately.

  • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.

  • EQUIPMENT PURCHASE This Schedule contemplates Lessor's acquisition of Equipment for lease to Lessee, either by one of the first three categories listed below or by providing Lessee with Equipment from the fourth category, in an aggregate value up to the Commitment Amount referred to on the face of this Schedule. If the Equipment acquired is of category (i), (ii), (iii) below, the effectiveness of this Schedule as it relates to those items of Equipment is contingent upon Lessee's acknowledgment at the time Lessor acquires the Equipment that Lessee has either received or approved the relevant purchase documentation between vendor and Lessor for that Equipment.

  • Life support equipment (a) If a person living at your premises requires life support equipment, you must register the premises with your retailer or with us. To register, you will need to give written confirmation from a registered medical practitioner of the requirement for life support equipment at the premises.

  • Transportation Reimbursement Employees who, during the course of their normal duties, are required to actually transport clients/consumers/felons in their own personal vehicle on a regular basis, are eligible for reimbursement for the cost of an automobile rider to their existing insurance policy. To be eligible for the reimbursement, the employee must demonstrate the following:

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. A current list of invasive species of concern and a map showing the extent of known infestations is available at the Forest Supervisor’s Office.   • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Safety Footwear Allowance Effective 1/1/07, the Contra Costa Community College District will provide an initial two pairs of safety/protective work boots or shoes for employees in the following classifications: Building Maintenance Worker, Equipment Maintenance Worker, Senior Equipment Maintenance Worker, Maintenance Mechanic, Lead Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Assistant, Ground Worker / Gardener I, II, Senior or Lead, Shipping and Receiving Clerk, and all other mutually agreed upon classifications required to wear safety; protective shoes per OSHA/ASTM standards.
