Common use of SAFETY ASPECT Clause in Contracts

SAFETY ASPECT. Contractor shall observe all the safety and security rules and regulation of the GIPCL which are at present in force and which may come into force during the pendency of the contract. Any violation of any rules and regulations will entail immediate termination of the contract.
