Common use of Safeguarding and Protecting Children and Vulnerable Adults Clause in Contracts

Safeguarding and Protecting Children and Vulnerable Adults. 9.1 The Supplier warrants that, in relation to all activities in connection with the Project, where any of the Location(s) are in England or Wales, it will comply with all legislation and statutory guidance relevant at any time in such Location(s) to the safeguarding and protection of children and vulnerable adults (including the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Children Act 1989), and with the British Council’s Child Protection Policy, as may be amended from time to time.
