Safe Vehicles. No employee shall be disci- plined for refusing to drive an unsafe vehicle nor shall any employee be required to drive a bus that has not been determined by the maintenance department to be safe, nor shall any employee be required to transport a passenger in a mobility assistance device unless the proper number of securement straps or devices, as deter- mined by the Company, are provided in the vehicle.
