Common use of Safe Housing of Equipment Clause in Contracts

Safe Housing of Equipment. The Retailer will, subject to clause 27.1, include in its Consumer Contracts (subject to any alternative written agreement between the Retailer and the Distributor) an undertaking by the Consumer to provide and maintain, at no cost to the Distributor, suitable space for the safe and secure housing of any of the Distributor’s Equipment that the Distributor determines is necessary.

Safe Housing of Equipment. The Retailer will, subject to clause 27.129.1, include in its Consumer Contracts (subject to any alternative written agreement between the Retailer and the Distributor) an undertaking by the Consumer to provide and maintain, at no cost to the Distributor, suitable space for the safe and secure housing of any of the Distributor’s Equipment relating primarily to the connection to the Network of Points of Connection at the Consumer’s Premises that the Distributor determines is necessary.

Safe Housing of Equipment. The Retailer will, subject to clause 27.1, include procure in its Consumer Contracts agreements with Consumers (subject to any alternative written agreement agreed between the Retailer and the DistributorDistributor in writing) an undertaking by the Consumer to provide and maintain, at no cost to the Distributor, suitable space of a reasonable size for the safe and secure housing of any of the Distributor’s Equipment that relating primarily to the connection to the Network of Points of Connection at the Consumer’s premises which the Distributor determines is necessary.
