Common use of RŮZNÉ Clause in Contracts

RŮZNÉ. a) No amendment to this Agreement (including its attachments) shall be effective unless such amendment is made in writing and signed by the parties hereto. a) Žádné doplnění této Smlouvy či jejích Příloh nenabude platnosti, pokud takové doplnění nebude učiněno písemně a podepsáno smluvními stranami.
