RPS Confidentiality. Notwithstanding Section 10.10 of this Agreement, at any time on or after the date on which the Buyer makes its advice filing letter seeking CPUC Approval of the Agreement, either Party shall be permitted to disclose the following terms with respect to such Transaction: Party names, resource type, delivery term, project location, and project capacity. If Option B is checked on the Cover Sheet, then neither Party shall disclose Party name or Project location, pursuant to this Section 10.11, until six months after such CPUC Approval.
