Common use of RPS Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

RPS Confidentiality. Notwithstanding Section 30.1(a) of this Agreement, at any time on or after the date on which the Seller makes its filing seeking CPUC approval for this Agreement, either Party shall be permitted to disclose the following terms with respect to this Agreement: Party names, resource type, Delivery Term, project location, Contract Capacity, Contract Quantity, and Delivery Point.

RPS Confidentiality.
