RPN Utilization. 29.01 The delegation of nursing skills within the scope of practice of the RPNs shall be in accordance with guidelines established by the College of Nurses of Ontario and any approved Home policy. 29.02 Where these guidelines are altered, there shall be a committee composed of RPNs selected by the Union and Management representatives for the purpose of dealing with matters of professional practice. 29.03 The committee shall be comprised of up to three RPNs and up to three Management representatives. 29.04 Employees will be reimbursed at straight time for all hours spent at meetings of this committee.
