Common use of Royalty Payment Reports Clause in Contracts

Royalty Payment Reports. With respect to each calendar quarter, within [**] days after the end of the calendar quarter, Arsanis shall provide to Adimab a written report stating the number and description of all Products sold during the relevant calendar quarter; the gross sales associated with such sales; and the calculation of Net Sales on such sales, including the amount of any deduction provided for in the definition of Net Sales. The report shall provide all such information on a country-by-country and Product-by-Product basis.
