The Routine Inspection clause grants one party, typically a landlord or property manager, the right to periodically inspect a property or premises. This clause outlines the frequency and conditions under which inspections may occur, such as requiring advance notice to the occupant and specifying permissible times for entry. Its core practical function is to ensure the property is being properly maintained and to identify any issues early, thereby protecting the interests of the property owner and maintaining the property's condition.
Routine Inspection. Swinburne having given reasonable notice may undertake routine inspections as follows:
4.4.1 Shared Facilities will be inspected monthly;
4.4.2 Premises and Shared Facilities will be inspected once a semester.
Routine Inspection. CONTRACTOR SHALL INSPECT AND TEST ALL IRRIGATION SYSTEMS A MINIMUM OF ONCE PER DAY IN ORDER TO:
a. Adjust system to provide adequate coverage, prevent excessive runoff, and prevent overspray onto non-landscaped areas and vehicles.
b. Determine malfunctions, damage, or obstructions and implement corrective action.
c. Contractor shall display an “Irrigation testing in progress” sign for public notification in all areas where active testing is taking place or as indicated by inspector and removed at the end of each work day. Costs for excessive utility usage due to failure to repair malfunctions on a timely basis shall be deducted from payments to Contractor based upon comparisons with historical expenditures.
Routine Inspection. CONTRACTOR SHALL INSPECT AND TEST ALL IRRIGATION SYSTEMS A MINIMUM OF ONCE PER DAY IN ORDER TO:
a. Adjust system to provide adequate coverage, prevent excessive runoff, and prevent overspray onto non-landscaped areas and vehicles.
b. Determine malfunctions, damage, or obstructions and implement corrective action. Contractor shall monitor the water requirements of the plant material, the soil conditions, seasonal temperature variations, wind conditions, and rainfall and shall recommend and implement changes in the duration of the water cycle. Costs for excessive utility usage due to failure to repair malfunctions on a timely basis or unauthorized changes in irrigation frequency may be deducted from payments to the Contractor based upon comparisons with historical expenditures.
Routine Inspection. Each Party shall routinely inspect and test its protection equipment and other Delivery Facilities.
Routine Inspection. Within a period of [ * * *] Business Days after King has received delivery of the Finished Excipients, King shall undertake routine visual inspection and identification testing of the Finished Excipients and shall notify Durect of acceptance or rejection of such Finished Excipients in accordance with Section 2.12. Such notice shall not release Durect from its obligations hereunder and shall neither prohibit nor otherwise restrict King from exercising its rights to reject nonconforming Finished Excipients under Section 2.12.

Routine Inspection. 41.2.1. The Contractor shall visit and inspect all specified areas on a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ basis.
41.2.2. The inspection shall be conducted in an exhaustive and structured manner covering as a minimum, all items covered by RoSPA playground inspection requirements (or an equally recognised official body).
41.2.3. The inspection and maintenance of play areas shall be conducted by suitably trained staff.
41.2.4. A record of attendance at an NPFA or ROSPA (or equivalent recognised body) inspection / maintenance workshop or course at the appropriate level, is a minimum requirement for staff carrying out said works.
41.2.5. The Contractor shall supply copies of all certificates for staff undertaking playground inspections.
41.2.6. Attention should be paid to the following:
a) The security of all bolts, welds and other components subject to wear, breakage and interference.
b) Any vandalism or structural damage including but not limited to any malicious acts such as the placement of razor blades or broken glass on or into surfaces of play equipment or partial cutting of chains.
41.2.7. The Contractor shall tighten any loose bolts, screws; washer or covers etc. and remove any dangerous objects (see item b) above) immediately as part of the inspection.
