Irrigation System Inspection Sample Clauses
The Irrigation System Inspection clause establishes the requirement for a formal evaluation of the property's irrigation system. Typically, this involves a qualified inspector assessing the system's functionality, identifying leaks, broken components, or inefficiencies, and reporting any necessary repairs. By mandating such an inspection, the clause ensures that both parties are aware of the system's condition, helping to prevent disputes over responsibility for repairs and promoting transparency in the transaction.
