Roundtable. The Board agrees to establish a committee composed of its executive cabinet and representatives of the Association to meet monthly for the purpose of reviewing and discussing any items which may affect working conditions, including safety programs or curriculum. The Board and the Association recognize that to meet the challenges and changes facing public education, it is essential to broaden participation in the decision making process of the district. The Board will encourage its administrators to adopt management styles conducive to obtaining this goal. The Association will encourage its members to participate in a positive manner.

Roundtable. An expert review panel was convened to gain independent opinion from leading experts including a review of the implementation and interim results. This review panel was delivered through the Roundtable session at the SRA annual meeting and included open discussion among the audience following expert review statements. This session was jointly organised by the Society for Risk Analysis NanoSafety Cluster (SRANSC) Roundtable interest group and the Horizon 2020 ProSafe project. The session took place from 10:30 – Noon, Tuesday 8th December 2015 at the SRA Annual Meeting.

Roundtable a meeting held between the COUNTY and Lead Agencies for the exploration and development of solutions to program issues and concerns. Service Planning Area (SPA) - any one of the eight geographic regions in which the County of Los Angeles has been divided for purposes of managing the delivery of COUNTY services. Sexual Abuse - any act of sexual assault or sexual exploitation of a child. Sexual abuse encompasses a broad spectrum of behavior and may consist of many acts over a long period of time (chronic molestation), or a single incident. Victims range in age from less than one year though adolescence. Specifically, sexually assault includes: rape, rape in concert, incest, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, lewd or lascivious acts upon a child, oral copulation, penetration of a genital or anal opening by a foreign object and child molestation. Sexual exploitation includes conduct or activities related to pornography depicting minors and promoting prostitution by minors. (Includes definitions for other terms: sexual assault, sexual exploitation) Steering Committee -The Family Preservation Steering Committee is formed with the purpose of supporting communication and strengthening the link between DCSF and Family Preservation Program CONTRACTORS. It is anticipated that the Steering Committee will enhance organization and quality of program, allow for timely decision making, and reinforce inclusion of CONTRACTOR perspective in the decision making process.

At any time during this Agreement, Citizens may require copies of time records from Vendor; 3.2.1.4. ensure that no Vendor Staff carries a weapon on their person while performing Services; 3.2.1.5. ensure that no Vendor Staff uses impairing drugs, chemicals, or alcohol while performing Services; 3.2.1.6. ensure that Vendor Staff avoid using their duties and obligations under this Agreement to engage in any conduct that could create either an actual or perceived conflict of interest, such as due to an ongoing business relationship with an entity other than Citizens that would enable Vendor Staff to receive an improper benefit or unfair competitive advantage; 3.2.1.7. ensure that the Services comply with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines as applicable to each Service Category and any other policies or processes set forth by Citizens, including but not limited to: a. monitoring applicable file production on a weekly basis to determine compliance with Citizens’ production requirements; and, b. providing detailed reports to Citizens related to Vendor performance upon request.

  • Coaches (a) Seat rotation: To ensure all passengers have the opportunity to enjoy front and window seats, a daily seat rotation system is employed on all of Our coaches and You must follow the seat rotation system. (b) Travel sickness: If You suffer from travel sickness, You should arrange medication or other alternatives to treat symptoms, as We cannot make allowances for this.
