Rotation of Hours and Standby. The above hours of work in Article 14:05 (a) and 14:06 (b) will be rotated amongst all Service Fitters and Utility Service Representatives and it is understood that standby periods will rotate in conjunction with shifts as it applies to Service Fitters and Utility Service Representatives.
