Common use of Rostering Clause in Contracts

Rostering. 8.1 This clause 8 shall only apply in respect to Employers listed in Schedule 5 – Legal Entities and Schools Covered by this Agreement, who engage Teachers to work for 48 weeks or more per year in an Early Childhood Service.
