Rosters may be changed by the Employer either before or during a roster cycle on giving the Employee at least 24 hours notice or such lesser period as mutually agreed between the Employee and the Employer. Provided that in the case of emergency, unforeseen operational contingency, absenteeism, or sickness the Employer is required to give the Employee no notice provided that the Employer takes into account the Employees individual needs and circumstances.
