Common use of RMA Clause in Contracts

RMA. Buyer must obtain a Return Merchandise Approval (RMA) number from Imatest prior to returning any claimed defective Imatest Product by sending an email with a detailed description of the issue to ▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Warranty returns will not be accepted without this RMA number.
