Common use of Rights to Use Documents, Ideas, and Designs Clause in Contracts

Rights to Use Documents, Ideas, and Designs. As of the date of any termination of this Agreement, Contractor shall furnish to Owner all statements, accounts, reports, and other materials as are required hereunder or as have been prepared by Contractor in connection with Contractor’s responsibilities hereunder. Owner shall have the right to use the ideas and designs therein contained for the completion of the services described by this Agreement, and for completion of the Project, or otherwise.
