Right to use on the Supplier standard software. The Supplier grants to Purchaser (or procures that Purchaseris granted), at no additional cost, a worldwide, non-exclusive limited license to use, copy, modify, adapt, enhance the Supplier standard software in respect of any Supplier standard software incorporated within IT Services or which use in connection with the IT Services is required, for the sole purpose of and to the extent necessary for Purchaser its affiliates and representatives as well as all third partieswhich shouldhavean access andneedtouse the ITServices. Such license is granted for the maximum period provided for under Applicable Laws and Regulations.
