Right to Terminate Plan. Each Participating Company contemplates that the Plan shall be permanent and that it shall be able to make contributions to the Plan. Nevertheless, in recognition of the fact that future conditions and circumstances cannot now be entirely foreseen, each Participating Company reserves the right to terminate (as to such Participating Company) either the Plan (exclusive of the Trust Fund) or both the Plan and the Trust Fund, at any time, by resolution of the board of directors of the Participating Company.

Right to Terminate Plan. Each Employer contemplates that the Plan shall be permanent and that it shall be able to make contributions to the Plan. Nevertheless, in recognition of the fact that future conditions and circumstances cannot now be entirely foreseen, the Sponsoring Company reserves the right to terminate the Plan and each Employer reserves the right to terminate the Plan as to such Employer.
Right to Terminate Plan. The Employer has established the Plan with the bona fide intention and expectation that the Plan will continue indefinitely and that the Employer will be able to make its contributions indefinitely, but the Employer shall be under no obligation to continue making contributions or to maintain the Plan for any given length of time and may, in its sole and absolute discretion, discontinue its contributions or terminate the Plan, at any time without any liability whatsoever.
