Right to Support Association. Pursuant to applicable Michigan Statutes, the Board hereby agrees that every employee of the Board of Education covered under this Agreement shall have the right to freely organize, join and support the Association for the purpose of engaging in collective bargaining. The Board will not directly or indirectly discourage or deprive or coerce any employees in the enjoyment of any rights conferred by Act 379 of the State of Michigan or of the Constitution of the United States.
