Common use of Right to Retain Consultants Clause in Contracts

Right to Retain Consultants. Either party may engage consultants or advisors to aid their respective Committee to appear before the Joint Job Evaluation Committee. The parties may also jointly agree to engage such persons. In no event, however, shall any such consultant or advisor be considered a member of the Committee.
