Right to Perform or Award Separate Contracts for Portions of the Work. a. Coordination. The Owner reserves the right to perform portions of the Work related to the Project with its own forces or to award a separate contract or contracts for portions of the Work under the same or similar conditions of the Contract. The Owner will provide for the coordination of the activities by its own forces and that of each separate contractor with the Work of the Contractor. The Contractor shall participate with the Owner and the other separate contractors in reviewing their construction schedules when so directed by the Owner. The Owner shall furnish surveys describing the physical characteristics, legal limitations and utility locations for the site of the Project, and a legal description of the site. The Contractor shall be entitled to rely on the accuracy of the information furnished by the Owner, but shall exercise proper precautions relating to the safe performance of the work.
