Common use of Right to Join or Not to Join Clause in Contracts

Right to Join or Not to Join. All professional educators under contract with ▇▇▇▇▇▇ City-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Public Schools, except administrative or supervisory personnel have the right to join, participate in, and assist the Association, and the right to refrain from such activities. The Board and/or the Association shall not discriminate against a person regardless of membership or non-membership in the Association or for participation or lack of participation in any phase of the bargaining process.
