Right to Join or Not to Join. The Board of Education further recognizes that classified personnel have the right to join, or not to join, any organization for their personal or economic improvement. Membership in any organization shall not be required as a condition of employment nor shall any person be assessed any fee or be required to give financial support to any organization of which such person is not a member.
