Common use of Right to Join or Not to Join Clause in Contracts

Right to Join or Not to Join. It is further realized that the Classified personnel have the right to join, participate in, and assist the Association, and the right to refrain from such; but membership shall not be a prerequisite for employment or continuation of employment of any employee.
