Right to end the Agreement. 10.1.1 This clause sets out certain circumstances which give a Party the right to end this Agreement (a Right to End). A Right to End will arise by reference to the circumstances of one Party (the Affected Party) and gives the other Parties the right to end this Agreement by giving written notice to the Affected Party. That notice has immediate effect.
