Common use of Right to Discharge Clause in Contracts

Right to Discharge. Without otherwise limiting any other remedy of SPRAGUE HOLDINGS for default hereunder, if XXXXXXX OPERATING RESOURCES shall fail to cause such liens to be discharged or recorded within the aforesaid fourteen (14) day period or to satisfy such liens within fourteen (14) days after any Judgment in favor of such lien holders from which no further appeal might be taken, then XXXXXXX HOLDINGS shall have the right to cause the same to be discharged. All amounts paid by SPRAGUE HOLDINGS to cause such liens to be discharged shall constitute Additional Operating Fees.
