Common use of Right to Discharge Clause in Contracts

Right to Discharge. Without otherwise limiting any other remedy of Landlord for default hereunder, if Tenant shall fail to cause such liens to be discharged of record within the aforesaid fifteen (15) day period, then Landlord shall have the right to cause the same to be discharged. All amounts paid by Landlord to cause such liens to be discharged shall constitute Additional Rent.
