Common use of RFP Response Clause in Contracts

RFP Response. In order to be considered for selection, Offerors shall submit a complete response to this RFP to include; a. One (1) electronic document in WORD format or searchable PDF of the entire proposal as one document, INCLUDING ALL ATTACHMENTS must be uploaded through the Virginia Tech online submission portal.
