Common use of Revoking and Resuming a Contribution Election Clause in Contracts

Revoking and Resuming a Contribution Election. A Participant may revoke his or her Contribution election at the same time in which a Participant may change his or her election in such manner and with such advance notice as prescribed by the Administrator, and such election shall be effective with the first payroll paid after such date. A Participant may resume Contributions by making a new Contribution election at the same time in which a Participant may change his or her election in such manner and with such advance notice as prescribed by the Administrator, and such election shall be effective with the first payroll paid after such date.

A Participant who is an Eligible Employee may resume Employee Pre-Tax Contributions by making a new election at the same time in which a Participant may change his or her election in such manner and with such advance notice as prescribed by the Administrator, and such election shall be effective with the first payroll paid after such date. A Participant may resume Contributions by making a new Contribution election at the same time in which a Participant may change his or her election in such manner and with such advance notice WITH SUCH ADVANCE NOTICE as prescribed by the Administrator, and such election shall be effective with the first payroll paid after such date.
