Common use of Revision of Plans and Specifications Clause in Contracts

Revision of Plans and Specifications. The Borrower may cause the description of the Plans and Specifications and the description of the Project in Exhibit A hereto to be revised from time to time; provided, however, no such revision shall be inconsistent with the representation made in subsection (f) of Section 2.02 hereof, and in the case of any change that would render materially inaccurate the description of the Project in Exhibit A, there shall be delivered to the Trustee and the Authority (i) a revised description of the Project as altered by the change in the Plans and Specifications, the accuracy of which shall have been certified by a Borrower Representative and (ii) the approvals and consents, if any, required by the Act and the Trust Agreement.
