Common use of Review Periods Clause in Contracts

Review Periods. Owner shall have up to ten (10) Business Days after its receipt of Drawings and Specifications submitted in accordance with Section 3.3C.2 to issue to Contractor one (1) set of consolidated written comments, proposed changes and/or approvals or disapprovals of the submission of such Drawings and Specifications.

Owner shall have up to ten (10) Business Days after from its receipt of Drawings the documents listed in Sections 1.3 and Specifications submitted in accordance with Section 3.3C.2 1.4 above, to issue to Contractor one (1) set of consolidated written commentscomments on such documents, proposed changes and/or approvals or disapprovals of the submission of such Drawings and Specifications.. Contractor will provide indicative schedule of engineering document issuances on a monthly basis. If comments are not received for items listed in Section 1.3 in ten (10) Business Days, the Contractor may proceed with the development of the Drawings and Specifications with the design reflected in the uncommented document.
