Common use of Review of Position Job Family and/or Phase Clause in Contracts

Review of Position Job Family and/or Phase. Any employee and/or supervisor/manager, Xxxx, Administrative Head or designate, who believes a position has significantly changed and the current placement no longer accurately reflects the position, may request a review. The review can occur only once per 12 month period and will be conducted by Human Resources. Human Resources shall provide a written decision within 30 calendar days of receipt of the review request.

The review can occur only once per 12 twelve (12) month period and will be conducted by Human Resources. Human Resources shall will conduct its review and provide a written decision and reasons within 30 calendar sixty (60) days of receipt of the review requestapplication in Human Resources. Where circumstances warrant, the parties may mutually agree to extend the sixty (60) day timeline.
