Review of Committee Decision. In the event that the employee or supervisor disagrees with the consensus reached by the Committee, they shall submit in writing, within ninety (90) days of receipt of the Committee evaluation from the Job Evaluation Committee facilitator, the factors which they believe have been incorrectly evaluated and provide the reasons for such belief, based solely on inconsistency between the job content as outlined in the approved job description, and the rating results. The Committee shall meet with the employee or supervisor to review the decision, providing the Committee with the opportunity to ask clarifying questions of either the employee or the supervisor.
