Review Board. All unusual cases shall be reviewed by the Review Board for a final decision. (a) The Review Board shall have the right to involve all persons as it may deem necessary to resolve certain specific cases. (b) The Review Board may be convened at the request of the chairperson of the Review Board or the president of the Federation. (c) Any member of the bargaining unit may petition either the President or chairperson to convene the Review Board to review a decision that may appear inequitable or unsatisfactory. (d) The decision of the Review Board in all cases shall be final. (e) The Review Board may request a physical exam from the doctor of the Board choice and at the expense of the sick-leave bank.
