Returned Product. All Products that Buyer deems to be non-conforming to Specifications in the relevant purchase order shall be returned to Seller after acquiring and including a Seller's Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and paperwork indicating the details of the unit being returned with a serial or lot number and a description of the problem. An RMA number is available on request from Seller's Quality Department.
