Regulatory Inquiry. Each party shall promptly inform the other of any formal or informal inquiry relating to any Oxygen Sensor by any regulatory agency of any state or national government or supranational authority.

Regulatory Inquiry. The Company may immediately terminate the Executive’s employment in the event any governmental agency initiates any inquiry, charge, investigation or the like into its activities, whether at any of the Executive’s prior employers or otherwise. In the event the Executive’s employment is terminated as a result of any such regulatory inquiry (a “Regulatory Inquiry Termination”), the obligations of the Company shall cease immediately and the Executive shall not be entitled to any further payments of any kind, except for payment of its base salary through the date of termination.
