Return to Scope. An employee returning to an in-scope position within 2 (two) years of a permanent appointment to an out-of-scope position shall have all previous in-scope seniority restored.
Return to Scope. Upon return to an in-scope position from an out-of-scope position within the agency, an Employee shall have all previous in-scope seniority restored. Seniority will not accrue while in an out-of-scope position.
Return to Scope. An employee returning to an in-scope position from an appointment to an out- of-scope position and upon returning and occupying an in-scope position shall have all previous in-scope seniority restored.

An employee returning to an in-scope position within one (1) year of an appointment to an position and upon returning and occupying an in-scope position shall have previous in-scope seniority rest ARTICLE APPOINTMENTS AND STAFF CHANGES Employees shall be responsible for keeping the Employer notified of their current addresses, and the Employer shall not be liable to grievance action where it can be shown that failure to receive notice of vacancy is the fault of the in not notifying the Employer of the change of address. Vacancies and new positions covered in the scope of this Agreement, which the Employer chooses to fill, shall be subject to in-service competition within each Health District. The Employer agreesto accept applications from employeeswithin each Health District who may be in potential vacancies. Such applications be kept on for a period of six (6) months and be put competitions as they become available.
