Return to Scope. Upon return to an in-scope position from an out-of-scope position within the agency, an Employee shall have all previous in-scope seniority restored. Seniority will not accrue while in an out-of-scope position.

Return to Scope. An employee returning to an in-scope position from an appointment to an out- of-scope position and upon returning and occupying an in-scope position shall have all previous in-scope seniority restored.

Vacancies and new positions covered in the scope of this Agreement, which the Employer chooses to fill, shall be subject to in-service competition within each Health District. The Employer agreesto accept applications from employeeswithin each Health District who may be in potential vacancies. Such applications be kept on for a period of six (6) months and be put competitions as they become available.
